Talking, as I was, of video of the site, it’s nice to welcome back Al Jazeera to the site… There was a short break in transmission while we attached them to our new video player, but now you will find short news bulletins from Al Jazeera on the carousel of video on the front page of the site.
We’ve made no secret of the fact that our news video will come from outside agencies – we currently have agreements with the Press Association, Al Jazeera, France 24 (returning soon) and the BBC. So you’ll find a more rounded world view on the site, with a rather different perspective.
